About CloudlessTools
Free everyday tools for PDFs, images, text and code that do their work on your device, not in the cloud.
Why we built it
Most online converters ask you to upload your file to their server, process it there, and send it back. That means a copy of your contract, ID, photo or spreadsheet sits on a computer you know nothing about. For most everyday tasks, that isn't necessary: your own browser is powerful enough to do the work.
CloudlessTools is a collection of simple tools built the other way round. When you open a file, it's read and processed by code running in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
What makes it different
- No uploads. Your files never leave your device, so the tools are safe for private documents.
- No sign-up. No accounts, no email address, no limits on how often you use a tool.
- No watermarks. What you download is yours, unchanged except for what you asked for.
- Fast. There's no waiting for uploads and downloads. Once a page has loaded, it keeps working even if your connection drops.
How we keep it free
The site is supported by ads shown around the tools. Ads never see, touch or change your files. We also count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and never sees file contents, so we know which tools are useful. The details are in our privacy policy.
